The Accumulair Platinum 20x30x1 air filter features a unique synthetic media that delivers high-efficiency filtration without compromising airflow. The Tribo-Electric media comprises hydrophobic co-polymer micro-fibers, ensuring the filter does not absorb moisture and preventing the growth and spread of harmful contaminants. To enhance durability, the pleated media is laminated to a recyclable, galvanized, and corrosion-resistant metal backing.

This filter has been tested by an independent lab in accordance with ASHRAE Standard 52.2 and is rated to perform at the Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value of 11 (MERV 11). The high-performance filter captures up to 94% or more of airborne contaminants, including dust, lint, dust mite debris, cement dust, lead dust, standing dust, small fibers, pet dander, and other airborne particles.

The Tribo-Electric synthetic media provides high filtration efficiency, low air resistance, and is hydrophobic, ensuring it does not absorb moisture.
