The air filters feature a moisture-resistant beverage board frame and metal grid that incorporates recycled materials. The Glasfloss Z-Line Series pleated filters offer improved performance for virtually every application, with fibers that do not absorb moisture. These filters achieve a MERV 10 rating per the ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standard and are available in many standard face dimensions, including 1", 2", and 4" depths.

The Glasfloss Z-Line Series pleated filters incorporate media that is laminated to a galvanized metal, which stabilizes the media during operation. The standard pleated cartridge is bonded into a two-piece heavy-duty beverage board die-cut frame, creating a double-wall thickness around the filter.
