The Accumulair Gold 12.5x21x1 air filter is designed to provide high-efficiency filtration with a low resistance to airflow. The filter is equipped to enhance air quality by capturing up to 76% of common airborne particles such as dust, lint, dust mite debris, cement dust, standing dust, small fibers, and other airborne contaminants. The 100% synthetic media is designed to capture small airborne particles that containment your indoor air. To increase durability, the pleated media is laminated to a metal backing that is recyclable, galvanized, and corrosion-resistant. The filter contains media that has been tested to perform at the Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value of 8 (MERV 8) by an independent lab according to ASHRAE Standard 52.2. All MERV data and statements are indicative of typical properties and characteristics obtainable. MERV claims are to be used as a guide for general comparison and not as a specification.
